If you have some strawberries to use up and need a seriously rich chocolate fix {yes, please!}, you must try this recipe!

INGREDIENTS
- 1 refrigerated pie crust, softened
- 1 package brownie mix
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 Tablespoons water
- 2 eggs
- 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 cup Domino Light: Sugar & Stevia Blend
- 3 cups fresh strawberries, halved
- 2 Tablespoons chocolate sauce
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place pie crust in 9-inch glass pie pan.
In a large bowl, mix together brownie mix, oil, water, and 1 egg. Spread mixture on top of pie crust.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until center is set.
In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, Domino Light, vanilla, and 1 egg until smooth. Spread mixture on top of brownie layer. Bake an additional 20 minutes, or until cream cheese is set. Cool for 1 hour.
Arrange strawberry halves, cut side down, on top of cream cheese layer. Refrigerate. When ready to serve, drizzle top with chocolate sauce.
