Your menu plan sounds delicious … Are you sure it’s Mamavation friendly?

I made the chicken foil dish last night – yum! I changed it a little bit. I seasoned the chicken with garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, and cilantro along with S&P. I served it over rice and topped it with chopped green olives. Also, it had to bake for about 40 mins versus 20. But it was an overall success! Thanks for sharing!
