Tomorrow is the first day of my LAST SEMESTER OF CLASSES, people. I am scared and ecstatic all at the same time. I love learning nursing things, and I LOVE that I’m going for free. But I do miss some time with Bradley and do not particularly enjoy people looking over my shoulder to see if I’m tearing a piece of tape correctly. {Yikes!}
I am thankful for this opportunity. I have met the best people and have learned MUCH. And while things may be a liiiittle crazy around here until May, just know that I’m working toward my goal, and hopefully I’ll be able to celebrate graduation with a brand new KitchenAid mixer!
So I’m rolling up my sleeves and digging in. I’m gonna have to rely on the trusty Crock Pot this week, so here are some of the things I’ll be putting on the table. If you need more ideas, check out some past menu plans.

I haven’t made that oatmeal before, but it sounded pretty tasty to me! I’m all about the Crock Pot until May.
