When I was pregnant with Bradley, my favorite bed-time snack was a smoothie. It’s still an easy {and quick} way to conquer the hunger pangs. Here’s one I made recently:
- 2 TB Peanut Butter {I prefer crunchy, of course!}
- 2 TB Ground Flax Seed
- 1 Cup POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice
- 1 Banana
- 1/4 Cup Milk
Blend together and enjoy!
