I’ve had a week of pomegranate wonderfulness, thanks to POM Wonderful sending me some juice to try out. I put several pomegranate recipes in my menu plan, and I shared two of them that I made. A Pomegranate-Banana Smoothie and some Dried Cherry Meatloaf with a Pomegranate-Balsamic Glaze. I haven’t made the Pomegranate and Lemon-Herb Tilapia yet, but I’m pretty excited about that. People are so creative!
Have you tried any pomegranate recipes? I love the Pomegranate-Tangerine Herbal Iced Tea from Katie at goodLife {eats}. I made that for a boat ride this past summer. And Amy made up some yummy Blueberry Pomegranate Syrup for her pancakes. Thanks to POM Wonderful, 2 Frugal Femina readers will get to try out some free juice, too! Maybe it will inspire you to make up a recipe or two. If not, you can always check out the POM Wonderful recipes. Yumminess abounds over there!
