Menu Plan: Week of November 9, 2009

Awwww, here I am working on my menu plan, and Bradley is reading his Bible with Dada. I just heard him pray, “Dear Jesus, We thank You for….Your Holy Spirit…” That is my toddler, people! It does not get much better than that. I best finish up this menu plan so I can go s-n-u-g-g-l-e!

I found dried cherries on clearance at my mom’s Kroger for over 50% off (!!), so I guess that’s why I’m craving cherries this week. Her Kroger has the best clearance items. I wish I could do all my shopping there.

So here’s what’s cooking this week. You can see past menu plans here.

BREAKFASTS
Homemade yogurt {I use coconut extract instead of vanilla} with bread/muffins from freezer
Cherry and Tangerine Oatmeal

LUNCHES
Leftovers {We also have puh-lenty of tuna from the Kroger sales and might throw a pbb–peanut butter and banana–in there somewhere.}
Church lunch: Week off!

DINNERS
Chicken with Dried Cherries and Sour Cream
Spinach Salad with Hot Bacon Dressing
Oven Omelet
BLT Pizza
Black Bean, Roasted Corn and Goat Cheese Quesadillas
Yummy Crispy Baked Fish and Parmesan Potato Wedges
Leftovers/Dinner Out

TREATS
Holiday Zucchini Bread
