I wanted to do a little Black Friday shopping today, but we were having too much fun just hanging out at home with the fam. We did go to JCPenney to get our family pictures taken, and my sister and I stopped by Kroger afterward to scope out the deals. We found turkey for $0.39/lb. A $25 turkey cost me $7. So I think we’re pretty stocked up on turkey now! I found one at Walmart a couple of weeks ago for $0.40/lb., and then I got a Butterball coupon for a free turkey, too. The lady at Kroger made a good point that people don’t want to buy a frozen turkey right before Thanksgiving, so that’s why they are marked down.

Awww man! I missed out on the Swagbucks gift cards. Had a little sick one today that took up a lot of my time. Hopefully they’ll do something like that again soon. Have a great weekend. Oh yea, that turkey deal was fab!
