Wondering why I haven’t posted about Healthy Habits in a while? Well, that’s because I haven’t exercised one bit for about the past 8 weeks. That’s right around when school started back, and life is a doozy! This year is definitely harder personally, and I still haven’t found a good schedule for us. I’m just bulldozing through and figuring eventually I’ll look up and be done! I do love everything I’m learning and think I can apply it practically in so many ways. I’m very thankful for this opportunity, that’s for sure!
It’s been about 2 months since I first started this little adventure. You can read past posts here. I exercised yesterday and today for an hour each (50 minutes on the elliptical and 10 for abs), and it felt sooooo good. I have hope that I can keep it up, because the class I’m in right now is a little different and seems like I might not be so under-the-gun. (Should I not say that out loud?)
