Menu Plan Monday: 7/20/09

Hi, fellow menu planners! I am eating a lot from my stockpile this week, so my menu plan didn’t take a lot of effort. I did go shopping yesterday, but only to get the best deals. It was nice not having to think too hard about my shopping trip.

I hope you’ll join me tomorrow for Baking Buddies–a carnival we have here at Frugal Femina each Tuesday. We bake a few things for the freezer or try to get ahead on the week’s cooking and post our progress throughout the day. So if you’re ready for a baking day, come join us! Be sure to let me know if you have any recipes I need to put on my to-try list. They might end up in one of my carnivals!

Please note that most of the recipes I feature in my menu plans are new recipes that I am just trying for the first time. You can see past menu plans here.

Here’s what’s cooking this week:

BREAKFASTS
Homemade yogurt (I use coconut extract instead of vanilla) with fruit or oatmeal
Smoothies

LUNCHES
Leftovers (We always have plenty of leftovers.)
Church lunch: Chicken Sausage Casserole and fruit salad

Leftovers/Dinner Out

(We have plenty of frozen/canned veggies, boxed potatoes, etc., for sides.)

SNACKS/TREATS
