
Xon and Bradley and I spent the week at my sister’s house, so I didn’t shop this past week. It was so nice to have a little break! Now we’re back at home, and it’s time to plan! So here are my ideas for the week:
BREAKFASTS
Homemade yogurt with fruit or Chocolate Zucchini Muffins
Breakfast Biscuits
Frozen waffles (my free Kashi waffles!)
Smoothies
LUNCHES
Leftovers (We always have plenty of leftovers.)
Dessert for church lunch: Lemon-Cornmeal Cake and/or Classic Flourless Chocolate Torte
DINNERS
Slow Cooker Honey-Mustard Lime Chicken
Spinach Rice Casserole
Flank Steak with Red Wine Vinegar and Greens
Baked Potatoes Stuffed with Turkey, Bacon and Cheddar (Use leftovers from Crock Pot Turkey.)
Crock Pot Turkey
Crustless Spinach, Onion and Feta Quiche
Leftovers/Dinner Out
(We have plenty of frozen/canned veggies, boxed potatoes, etc., for sides.)
SNACKS
Jello
Pudding
Fruit
Granola bars
