This week, I’m trying to use up some of the things in my pantry that have been in there for a while. I still went grocery shopping and got some produce because Bradley and I are addicted to fruit.
So here are my ideas for the week:
BREAKFASTS
Homemade yogurt and granola
Oatmeal with strawberries
Pumpkin-Apple Breakfast Bread with blackberries
Cinnamon rolls with yogurt
Scrambled eggs with cheese, fruit
LUNCHES
Leftovers (We always have plenty of leftovers from dinner. I LOVE leftovers!)
Church lunch on Sunday (week off meals)
DINNERS
Old El Paso Chicken Tacos, blackberries
Broccoli Cheddar Chicken Casserole (from freezer), strawberries
Garlic Citrus Roast Chicken, salad, clementines
Pumpkin Ravioli with Gorgonzola Sauce, frozen veggies, fruit
Spinach Rice Casserole, mashed sweet potatoes, fruit
Bean soup with ham, greens, fruit
Leftovers/Dinner out (Xon doesn’t join us for dinner on Sunday, so I keep it simple.)
SNACKS
Clementines
Applesauce
Granola bars
Jello
Pudding
