Basic:
2 cups yogurt
1 cup milk or juice
1 cup blueberries, frozen
1 cup mixed fruit, frozen
1 banana
4 tbsp ground flaxseed (flaxseed meal)
1/4 – 1/2 cup raisins
1-2 tsp cinnamon
Options – to taste and nutritional need:
4 oz tofu
2 tbsp peanut butter
Chocolate or vanilla protein powder mix
2 tbsp wheat germ
8 oz almond milk
1 cup ice cubes
Combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve immediately after blending while the mixture still has a bubbly milkshake-like consistency.
